A haven within the City of Nottingham. It’s hard to believe you are in the heart of a city when you stand in Nottingham Castle Marina. It’s so tranquil and yet only a mile away from all the great attractions and amenities of the city centre. Hence its popularity with narrowboats and cruisers.

Lying alongside the grassy bank of the Nottingham and Beeston Canal it’s the perfect visitor's stop for exploring Nottingham’s cathedral and castle, or just sit and watch our resident heron fishing.

Offering over 200 narrowboat and cruiser moorings with full marina facilities including a customer lounge, well stocked chandlery, fuel, Elsan pump out, on-site brokerage, launderette, maintenance and engineering services. The recent installation of a modern office overlooking the entrance to the marina has given Ben and the team a much better view of the traffic entering and leaving the marina allowing for more efficient management.

We also have staff who live on-site for that extra peace of mind as well as modern CCTV and electronic gated access. Plus there are a variety of restaurants and retail stores nearby.
