Wigrams Turn Marina
We are looking for a part time Customer Services / Counter Assistant to join our team at Wigrams Turn Marina.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to our current and future moorers, and the new team member will play a key part in this. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who can work flexibly within a small team, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Working as part of the marina services team. The successful candidate would:
- Help maintain the smooth operation of the marina and in particular, the reception/shop areas, including support for home moorers, shareboats, Black Prince hire fleet and the Caravan Park.
- Be customer focused having regular contact with customers and moorers, actively acquiring and retaining customers.
- Have a good standard of computer literacy to assist in the smooth administration of the marinas services, including the booking, arrival and departure of our Black Prince Hire Fleet and on-site Caravan Park customers.
This is a permanent contract for 21 hours per week, across 3 days, Monday - Friday
In addition, Saturdays and holiday cover during the season
